Find TikTok's main site, Help Center, business, Creative Center, Shop Seller Center, and developer entry points, then verify domains and organize team logins without falling for phishing pages.
Use one simple rule when looking for a TikTok entry point: choose the business task first, verify the root domain, and then use a saved bookmark. Content, advertising, shops, and developer tools are not all on the same page.
Official TikTok entry points
| Task | Official entry | What to do there |
|---|---|---|
| Account and content | TikTok | Sign in and manage regular account activity |
| Account or feature help | TikTok Help Center | Find official login, privacy, feature, and troubleshooting guidance |
| Business work | TikTok for Business | Start from the business and advertising entry point |
| Creative research | Creative Center | Review trends, creative examples, and inspiration |
| Shop selling | TikTok Shop Seller Center | Check the seller entry available for your market |
| Developer products | TikTok for Developers | Read product and integration documentation |
A page opening successfully does not mean that your account has the required business eligibility. Market, entity, account type, and review status can change what you see. Confirm the current requirements after signing in.
Pick the right dashboard
Use the main site or Help Center for ordinary account issues. Use TikTok for Business for advertising and brand work, Creative Center for research rather than campaign management, Seller Center for shop operations, and the developer portal for APIs and applications.
A 30-second anti-phishing check
- Check the complete root domain, not only the page title.
- Never enter a password, one-time code, or recovery code on an unfamiliar redirect.
- Treat an email as a notification; reopen the service from a verified bookmark.
- Let each team member sign in with their own approved access instead of sharing a master password.
Multiple markets and team accounts
For several brands or markets, name workspaces by brand, market, and task. In PurpleMark, you can create separate browser environments, group them, and assign access so a member opens the intended TikTok session. This organizes sessions and responsibility; TikTok still controls eligibility and permissions.
Save only the two to four links you actually use, with names such as “Brand A | TikTok Shop | US”. When adding a market, start again from an official root domain instead of copying an unverified short link.
